MoodBook is an emotional memory platform that may include features such as mood logging, journaling, voice entries, photo attachments, and reflective insights. These features are designed to help users capture how their feelings connect to their experiences over time.
MoodBook is not a medical provider, mental health provider, crisis service, or emergency response service. The Service is for informational, organizational, and personal wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or crisis intervention.
You may need to create an account to use some or all of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant MoodBook a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide the Service to you.
MoodBook may offer free and paid plans, including monthly and yearly subscriptions. Paid features may include premium functionality, expanded usage limits, and additional reflection features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged.
We may change, add, remove, suspend, or limit features at any time, including premium features, trial terms, usage limits, and pricing.
Some MoodBook features may use automated systems or AI-assisted tools to generate suggestions, reflections, summaries, or other outputs. These outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, logos, and other non-user materials, is owned by MoodBook or its licensors.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoodBook’s total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to MoodBook in the prior 12 months or $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MoodBook and its affiliates.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates take effect means you accept them.
